Description
Turbo mill is a newly developed product by our company. It adopts turbo structure and has self cooling function to avoid heat generation. So it can grind heat-sensitive materials besides common materials. It has high efficiency with the fineness reaching 60 to 120 mesh.
Working principle
This machine adopts turbo structure to create high speed airflow in the milling chamber. Materials are sucked into the chamber by vacuum transfer system. Then they are cut and ground by the high speed air flow between rotors and stators. The heat created during the operation is also blown out by the air flow. So there is no heat accumulation when working. Final products are discharged through the screen into the SS drum.

Material of construction
All parts in direct contact of product are SS 316L and other parts not in direct contact of product are SS 304.
All gaskets, seals and O-rings use food grade polymeric materials only. Gaskets are easy to replace.
Polishing
a) All surfaces in product contact are free from cracks & crevices with no sharp edges or crevices which may impede proper cleaning.
b) Internal surface:mirror polishing, roughness at least Ra 0.4 micron
c) External surface: polishing with roughness at least Ra 0.6 micron.
d) All welds within the equipment are flush ground. All other welding be brushed and fully cleaned.
Safety
In the event of equipment malfunction or failure, the unit contain all necessary protection devices to ensure that the equipment and the product remain in
a safe condition
a) Appropriate failure detection and alarm notification
b) Warning labels on all hot external surfaces
c) Appropriate enclosure of all the rotating parts
d) Emergency stop function on accessible area
e) In the case of power failure, the equipment shall come to rest to protect operator, equipment itself and the product.
f) Power restart shall require manual intervention.
